Everything has been good with the Tucson, not had any issues with it so far, touch wood. I found it on auto traded when looking around, my mother has the same car so I was familiar with it.

They were absolutely fine, perfect service, perfect site and excellent customer service. Jack explained everything to me and was very transparent, over all he was very friendly.

I had a really positive experience with Ponka, and then the Clio has been fine so far. My Brother has bought a car from them about four years ago and had a good experience, so we knew it was a good place to go to. Also having a look around other places, it just seemed that Ponko had the best the best deal.

Ponko are fairly local to me, I thought I would have a look and found a decent little Fiat 500. Communication with Ayman was great before and during the sale however I did find the communication after the sale. The staff were very nice. I mostly delt with Ayman was really good and helpful.

The whole process was fairly painless and Adam as fine. There was a bit of hassle with the part exchange on my old vehicle as it had a private reg on it, we didn't end up part exchanging the car in the end. I was looking for a Mini Clubman and Ponko had one in stock. I would recommend Ponko to others.

The VW Scirocco is getting on alright

The ease of test driving the car I thought was nice. The sales team don’t push you which was good in that sense. I do think the 1-month warrantee coverage could be more competitive as a consumer standpoint.

I was initially planning to look at the Toyota Yaris however I saw the Renault Clio which looked like a really good car. I did notice a scratch on one of the wheels before the purchase however that got resolved. They were really good at communicating and understanding as it was my first car.
